Coconut bunnies

  • 250 g flour;
  • 120 g butter;
  • 100 grams of sugar;
  • 60 g of grated coconut;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence;
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.

Let’s knead!

  1. cream the butter with the sugar till the creamy and fluffy,
  2. add egg and vanilla essence and stir until they are well mixed;
  3. add coconut, flour and baking powder, knead with hands until the dough is smooth and no longer sticky;
  4. roll out the dough 3 mm thick and cut with a cutter in the shape of bunny;
  5. bake in oven at 180 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes
