aniseed shortbread

Foto 28-11-18, 16 17 31Now it’s time for Christmas cookies, and I start with a spicy recipe, but not a cinnamon or ginger one, these are aniseed shortbread.

The dough is very sticky and it is better to use it when it is very cold. I suggest you to keep it in the fridge and take it out a little at a time.

But, let’s see how to make them!

Ingresients:

  • 125 gr soft butter;
  • 120 gr sugar;
  • 2 tsp aniseed;
  • 1 egg;
  • 200 gr flour.
