Gli ingredienti sono semplicissimi: porri, orzo perlato e brodo vegetale. Di brodo nella ricetta ne ho usato circa 1 litro e mezzo perché noi la preferiamo poco brodosa, ma se al contrario voi la preferite più liquida aggiungete 2 litri di brodo o più.
