I really wanted to bake a salty cookies with the amaranth flour and after several tests I got a satisfactory result. I do not tell you how my husband was forced to taste them! When I baked these he told me that they were finally okay. I do not know if he was honest or if he was worried about having to taste something even worse. I propose them to you: Let me know!
