With this recipe I made the cookie to celebrate the first six months of my blog:

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of flour;
- 3 eggs;
- 200 g of sugar;
- 150 grams of lard;
- 1/2 tablespoon baking;
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- grated rind of 1/2 lemon;
- some chocolate cream type “Nutella” or jam
- some icing sugar.roll out the dough 3 or 4 mm high and cut with a round cutter of diameter of 4 cm;
Let’s knead!

- in half of the cookies cut a smaller circle in the center;
- bake at 180 ° for 8 10 minutes;
- let the cookies cool down;
- sprinkle the cookies with the hole with the icing sugar;
put some ‘jam (*) or chocolate cream on every plain cookie and cover it with a cookie with the hole.
(*) if you want to put the jam, you’d better melt it first in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly
